At Family Focus Mortgages our objective is to be your guide through your mortgage process regardless if it is your first purchase, re-finance, or buying a rental.  We have helped many New to Canada clients through their 1st  homebuying process.  If you you have been in Canada for under 5 years you may qualify to buy a home with no credit history using the New to Canada Program.

To start the process simply pick a time from out online schedule for an intro meeting.  The first meeting is ideally a phone meeting for an introduction to see if we are a fit to work together to start.  We would want to get an idea of what your financial DNA is today including the 3 major areas of a mortgage: 1. employment situation, 2. Down Payment, and 3. Credit 

If it looks like we are a fit to move forward, then we will forward you our mortgage application link for you to complete. Once completed, we will set an time to review together to discuss your mortgage strategies.

Our broker contract is through Dominion Lending Centre, the largest brokerage in Canada, which gives us many options for lenders to match up with your particular situation.  We also have other options through lenders with our financial broker contract that a mortgage broker can't offer. 

We are are also licensed to work with clients on any financial strategies from debt reduction/cash flow, insurance, and wealth building. 

Please note that we ideally only want to work with clients, not customers.  Clients who value more than just talking about rate only and can discuss other strategies to help with their financial future from how to buy a rental property to a strategy like the Smith Maneouvre.  If you are only looking to rate shop and deal with multiple people at the same time, we are not the broker for you.
